Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to help keep our apartment communities safe and welcoming. You’ll review make-ready checklists, participate in after-hours on-call rotation, and coordinate with property managers to handle repairs.

You’ll be part of a GO team, receive a company vehicle for on-call weeks, and enjoy a culture that values hands-on service, reliability, and continuous learning. Weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Being part of after-hours emergency team with a company vehicle during on-call rotation.
• Partnering with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and parts in the maintenance shop.
