Indigo Living in Marion, IA is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician for Blairs Ferry/Marion Lofts. You’ll review make-ready checklists, ensure apartments are ready for new residents, and participate in our after-hours emergency on-call rotation with a company vehicle.

You’ll collaborate with Property Managers to obtain bids, negotiate prices for repairs, and maintain inventory in a well-kept shop while supporting a service-first culture focused on safety and reliability.

Qualifications
