Responsibilities

• Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Be part of after-hours emergency team and travel in company vehicle during on-call rotations.
• Partner with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
