Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will manage make-ready checklists, participate in after-hours on-call coverage with a company vehicle, and coordinate bids with Property Managers for repairs.

The role requires dependable, safety-conscious hands-on maintenance experience with appliances, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Support 24/7 after-hours on-call coverage with a company vehicle during rotation.
• Coordinate with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for maintenance work.
• Order and manage inventory of supplies in a well-kept shop.
