Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Johnston, IA. You will support apartment readiness, participate in after-hours emergency response, and collaborate with Property Managers on repairs and bids.

Qualifications

• Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents, targeting 5-star reviews.
• Be part of after-hours emergency team; on-call rotation with a company vehicle.
• Coordinate with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for tree damage repairs.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies in a organized shop.
