Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to ensure our apartment communities run smoothly, provisioning repairs and preventative maintenance across properties. You will work with property managers, handle after-hours emergencies, and keep a well-organized shop with necessary parts and tools.

You’ll be part of a team focused on exceptional service, safety, and reliable upkeep. A flexible schedule, weekend coverage, and a company vehicle for on-call rotations are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Be part of after-hours emergency team to keep communities running 24/7.
• Obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs with property managers.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts in the maintenance shop.
