The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, reliability, and flexibility with weekend coverage. A vehicle is provided during on-call rotations and a strong service mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, appliance repair, or trades preferred.
• Ability to lead or work within a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to perform hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Be part of after-hours emergency team and on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate repairs.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
