The position requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Schedule is full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Able to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Basic English proficiency; communicate with residents and team.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs and maintenance to apartments, common areas, buildings, and grounds.
• Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for move-in according to procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding service requests and make-readies.
• Inspect work by outside contractors for quality and standards.
• Maintain exterior appearance and curb appeal.
• Inspect common areas for cleanliness, safety, and functioning equipment.
• Follow health and safety codes and standards.
• Assist with resident functions and other property needs as requested.
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings/weekends emergencies.
