Capitol Hill Apartments in Omaha, NE, operated by Burlington Capital Properties, seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for interior and exterior repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety of common areas.

The role includes on‑call rotations for evenings and weekends, coordination with the supervisor, and maintaining curb appeal. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of maintenance experience are required; HVAC certification is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of maintenance experience or experience in a related field required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general building maintenance required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, vendors, and the general public.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, employees, vendors, and visitors.

• Assist with resident functions and other property needs as requested by management.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | On‑call rotation for evening and weekend emergency maintenance
The Successful Maintenance Technician Will
