Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for our multifamily properties in Omaha, Nebraska. You will diagnose problems, perform routine upkeep, and help ensure apartments are move-in ready in line with company standards.

This role requires a basic level of maintenance experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work under supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance requests and repairs to restore units to move-in condition.
• Troubleshoots HVAC and assists with make-readies and common areas.
• Follows established safety policies and documents work performed.
