Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance at our Tempe multifamily property. This hands-on role supports work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while maintaining safety and appearance.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call duties. Onsite location at 909 West, Tempe, AZ 85283.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environments.
• General building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Familiarity with appliances and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Assist with general property upkeep and repairs as needed.
