Job summary

Paragon Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep our apartment community running smoothly and safely. You’ll address service requests, prep units for occupancy, and help maintain the property’s curb appeal and integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work on-call after hours. HVAC certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience or technical work.
• Exemplary customer service ethic.
• HVAC certification preferred (Type II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance service requests to high quality standards.
• Prepare apartment units for occupancy—drywall, painting, rough carpentry.
• Ensure physical integrity and curb appeal; report liabilities or improvements.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, pool/spa, and HVAC equipment.
