Job summary

Paragon Properties, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for Drawbridge Apartments Eaat to keep our community in top condition. You will respond to maintenance requests, prepare units for occupancy, and help uphold curb appeal across the property.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance experience, strong customer service, and are comfortable working outdoors year-round. HVAC certification is strongly preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical, vocational or on the job maintenance experience.
• Exemplary customer service ethic.
• Emergency maintenance on call; after-hours weekends and holidays.
• HVAC certified strongly preferred (Type II or Universal).
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Must be able to work outdoors for periods of time in all seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college-level/trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles maintenance service requests to high quality standards.
• Prepare apartment units for occupancy; drywall, painting and rough carpentry.
• Ensure physical integrity and curb appeal of communities; report liabilities or improvements.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, pool/spa and HVAC equipment.
