Job summary

Hallmark Cards’ Crown Center store is seeking an On-call Customer Service Representative (Halls Concierge) to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will assist customers, process inquiries, and handle gift wrapping and cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, stocking supplies, maintaining the concierge area, and upholding Hallmark brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word/Excel and email usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and assist with inquiries.
• Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services.
• Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area; keep area clean and organized.
• Protect company assets by following policies and procedures.
