Hallmark Cards, Inc. at Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Customer Services Representative (seasonal, on-call). You will assist guests, answer questions in person and by phone, wrap gifts, and process payments as part of a busy retail/visitor center team.

The role involves event support, cross-training to cover exhibits, and working Thursday through Sunday with hours aligned to Crown Center operating times. Relocation is not provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or public-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Prepare shipments and process via FedEx terminal.
• Perform custom gift wrapping and process payments.
• Cross-train to support special exhibits at Crown Center.
• This on-call seasonal role follows Thu–Sun with hours aligned to Crown Center hours.
