Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Glasgow, KY is seeking an LPN for a temporary, on-call Medical Records/Scheduling Coordinator role to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Must be on-call.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a similar Medical Records/Scheduling role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit electronic medical records for proper documentation.
• Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure documentation is in the chart.
• Maintain audit spreadsheets for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident records.
