Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Rose Haven Nursing Center in Roseburg, OR. Wages range from $44.73 to $60.34 per hour based on licensed experience. PRN schedules require flexibility and not guaranteed shifts.

We welcome both newly licensed and experienced LPNs to join our compassionate team. Residency and development opportunities are described in the program benefits, with on-going instruction and mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an LPN.
• Available to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required)
• Ability to assess resident needs
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
• Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.
