Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient‑centered team. You will assess resident needs and help design individualized care plans, while supervising CNAs and other staff during the overnight shift.

This full-time position offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus and competitive pay ranges, with a focus on quality resident care and professional development.

• Current license to practice as LPN in the practicing state.

Available Schedules: FT NOC (Overnight) (Thur-Sat)
