Job summary

Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a dedicated LPN to join our long-term care team in Pennsylvania. You will provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and care teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
