Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks a Lease Operator in training for field operations in Wyoming. You will monitor wells and sites on an assigned route under supervision, reporting to a supervisor or Lease Operator Lead. This entry-level role emphasizes safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is essential.
• Valid driver license required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
• Monitor production equipment including compressors, pumpjacks, meters, and safety devices; perform light maintenance.
• Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and debris removal.
• Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record tank levels.
• Gather data and submit reports in a timely manner; meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Identify production issues and troubleshoot with foreman and team.
• Communicate daily plans and issues with the production foreman.
