Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation is seeking a Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and site operations along an assigned route. You will work under supervision to maintain production equipment, document data, and report issues, with emphasis on safety and timely communication.

The role includes on-call rotation with some nights and weekends, field oversight, and collaboration with the foreman to optimize production while ensuring PPE and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to wear and properly use PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel-toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
• Gather daily, monthly and quarterly production data and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, debris-free lease sites and ensure safety compliance.
