Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation in the Appalachian Basin seeks an entry-level Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and sites, perform routine checks, and report production data.

You will work under supervision, communicate with foreman, participate in safety meetings, and help optimize production while adhering to PPE and safety regulations. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential; valid driver license required; some night/weekend on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
• Monitor production equipment and perform light maintenance as necessary.
• Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and safety.
• Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record oil/water levels.
• Gather daily, monthly and quarterly data and submit reports on time.
• Communicate with foreman on plans and issues; participate in safety meetings.
