Hours involve on-call rotations, possible night/weekend work, and ensuring equipment and safety devices function properly. Requires a valid driver’s license and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment and site operations to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Inspect lease sites for cleanliness and debris removal.
• Record daily production data and submit reports accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot production issues with foreman and crew as needed.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly schedules and adapt plans as required.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain equipment routinely.
