Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation is seeking a Lease Operator in training to monitor wells and sites along an assigned route. You will work under supervision to observe equipment, gather data, and report issues for safe, efficient production.

The role emphasizes routine site inspections, basic maintenance of compressors and pumps, and coordination with the production foreman during daily planning and safety meetings. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes).

Responsibilities

• Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
• Monitor production equipment and perform light maintenance as necessary to ensure equipment is well maintained and operating safely.
• Inspect lease sites to ensure they are clean and free of debris and overgrown vegetation.
• Gather daily, monthly and quarterly data and submit all required reports and tickets on time.
• Communicate regularly with production foreman on daily plans and issues; participate in safety meetings.
• Work to optimize productions in a safe, cost-effective manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule which includes some nights and weekends.
