Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Stewarding Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, supporting the culinary team and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This on-call role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, helping with setup and breakdown of banquets, and adhering to health and safety regulations;

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
