Job summary

Hyatt Regency Austin on the shores of Lady Bird Lake is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to join our Stewarding team. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware while supporting event service as needed.

Applicants must have a valid Food Handler Certification and be able to lift and move a moderate weight. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with afternoon to evening shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The Steward/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
• This role may involve some customer interaction.
• Stewards may assist with plating and moving food for events.
