Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Stewarding Associate to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, operate dishwashing equipment, and support banquet setup. The role requires standing for long periods and a willingness to assist with basic food prep as needed.

On-call, part-time opportunities may be available; benefits include employee meals and parking. All qualified candidates are welcome regardless of background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Ensure kitchen utensils, dishes and equipment are cleaned and stored.
• Support culinary team with basic food preparation as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
