Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting, measuring and recipe calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory, restock items, and ensure serving lines and condiments are stocked.
