Job summary

AlphaGov, operating as Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov, seeks an On-Call IT Program/Project Manager to lead task-order intake, resource assignment, scheduling, and budget management for public-sector engagements on the West Coast. This remote-first role will travel as needed for client sites and will coordinate cross-functional IT specialists.

You will be the primary client contact for the IM Division, ensure quality control, and document performance narratives for proposals when permitted.

Qualifications

• It program/project management experience for public agencies or large organizations.
• Experience with on-call / task-order contracts.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 / project-based consultant with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Intake and scope task orders; build staffing plans across specialty benches.
• Manage schedule, budget, and QC across concurrent on-call IT work.
• Serve as key personnel / primary client contact for the IM Division.
• Coordinate specialists and, if needed, certified small-business subconsultants.
• Produce status and QC reporting suitable for public-agency clients.
• Contribute IT PM qualifications and past-performance narrative to proposals when allowed.

AlphaGov is seeking an On-Call IT Program/Project Manager to lead task-order intake, resource assignment, schedule and budget management across on-call IT service categories for a major West Coast port authority engagement. You will be the primary point of contact for the client IM Division, own quality control and status reporting, and coordinate specialist resources (systems, network, cybersecurity, data/analytics, cloud) as task orders are issued.
