Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Project Manager to own post-award delivery for government classification, compensation, workforce, and related consulting contracts. You will lead kickoff through closeout, coordinate teams, and ensure client outcomes.

This remote-first role requires proven PM experience on public-sector contracts, strong stakeholder management, and ability to align written deliverables with contract requirements. Occasional travel may be needed.

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.

This Project Manager role owns delivery after award — kickoff through closeout — for AlphaGov government classification, compensation, workforce, and related consulting contracts. Pre-award packaging and capture stay with operations; this seat is reliable post-award execution and client outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Lead post-award kickoff, schedule, workplan, risk tracking, and status reporting

Nice to have:

• PMP or equivalent project leadership credential
