Job summary

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) seeks a Senior Project Management Consultant to lead city capital and program-management engagements end to end, from mobilization through delivery and closeout. This role is remote-first with travel to client sites as needed.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and prepare executive briefings for public-agency leadership. Prior Columbus or Ohio public-agency experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project or program management for city, county, or other public-agency capital programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, milestones, budgets, risks, and client deliverables end to end.
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal capital and program-management engagements across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Translate city priorities into practical work plans, governance routines, decision logs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, client departments, and community or stakeholder inputs.

• Contribute municipal project-management qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned.
