Job summary

Nanshan America AAT LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to assist the IT Systems Engineer in researching and correcting employee issues with computers, devices, and software.

Responsibilities include supporting workstations, printers, mobile devices, and network issues, preparing devices, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements. Training employees on applications and information security is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information technology or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and general software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with workstation, printer, mobile device, and network issues.
• Prepare computers and devices for employees and clear data on old devices.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Support data retrieval and removal of malware from devices.
• Install applications and train employees on usage.
• Provide information security training to staff.
• On-call support after hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
