Job summary

SANY America is seeking a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to deliver first- and second-level support for employees across functions. You will handle end-user issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network access, with strong emphasis on service quality.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, device management, and collaboration tools, with remote and on-site support across multiple locations. Travel up to 50% is possible in some roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical role involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, walk-up, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to users across multiple locations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities including workstation setup, user provisioning, and equipment recovery.
