Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expediting make-ready maintenance: check appliances, change bulbs, repair minor electrical issues, and perform related tasks.
• Plumbing: repair dripping faucets, clean stopped sinks, tubs and toilets.
• Pool maintenance: backwash filters, vacuum and skim as needed.
• Carpentry and painting: repair balconies, doors, drywall and paint as required.
• Grounds maintenance: perform grounds clean-up and snow/ice removal.
• Maintain excellent tenant relations and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
