Job summary

Clutch Canada seeks a Maintenance Technician to service rental properties across multiple sites in Columbia, SC.

You will perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), handle turnovers, inspections, QA of external vendors, and field tasks via mobile apps. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel daily; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Turnovers: Prepare vacant units for new move-ins (make-readies).
• Inspections: Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits.
• QA: Audit work completed by external vendors.
• Field Ops: Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post notices.
