Job summary

Fogelman is hiring an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician for Grove Point Apartments in Norcross, GA. The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

A valid driver’s license is required. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, handling service requests and on‑call emergencies with a resident‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & Type 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient with computers and online applications.
• Knowledge of Yardi, Entrata and HappyCo preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and make-ready tasks as assigned.
• Maintain buildings and grounds; provide excellent resident service.
• Care for tools, equipment, and inventory; follow safety policies.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects and on-call rotations.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members clearly.
