Fogelman is seeking an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician for on-call coverage at Ansley at Roberts Lake in the Arden area. The role emphasizes completing maintenance work, make-readies, and excellent resident service, with an on-call rotation and strong safety adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification, plumbing/electrical/appliance repair skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) required or preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient with computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems (Yardi, Entrata, HappyCo) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs as assigned.
• Perform make-ready units to prepare for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Provide high level of resident-facing service and communication.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
