Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Ansley at Roberts Lake in Arden, North Carolina. The role focuses on completing service requests and repairs to keep buildings and grounds in top condition while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. A valid driver’s license is required; Fogelman offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with Type 1 & 2 or Universal certification preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Strong customer service skills and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete make-ready units and prep for new residents.
• Care for inventory and maintenance of tools and supplies.
• Provide your own personal tools for daily work.
• Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist in preventive maintenance tasks and projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain positive communication with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Follow safety policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
