LifeMoves Guadalupe Emergency Interim Housing (EIH) in San Jose seeks an On-Call Residential Services Coordinator to help keep the site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for formal education.
• Strong care, respect, and empathy when working with diverse populations; commitment to DEIB principles and compassionate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to resources as needed.
• Respond to client, volunteer, donor, and visitor needs with professionalism and radical hospitality.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera observation.
• Report maintenance or pest issues and assist with cleanliness efforts.
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring accurate inventory.
• Create reports, update shift logs, and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality, boundaries, and professional conduct at all times.
• Conduct client move-ins, transitions, and move-outs with accurate documentation.
