• Maintenance: Manage work orders and preventative maintenance, including carpet cleaning, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial tasks.
• Inventory: Maintain and order maintenance supplies and tools; monitor inventory.
• Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeepers, remove linens, trash, and adjust for maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest safety and security.
