Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in a hotel or similar facility.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Repair air conditioning, plumbing issues, lighting, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
