Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Georgia seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee patient care quality and safety on assigned shifts. This role directs Admissions and Bed Control, monitors bed availability, and coordinates staffing while serving as the on-site administrator after normal business hours.

The administrator-on-call assesses requests, acts in the absence of administration and department directors, and leads disaster plan activation when needed.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• Demonstrated clinical competency required.

Mansioni

• Promote and maintain quality patient care on the assigned shift.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to optimize flow.
• Monitor bed availability and implement surge capacity measures as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate staffing on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Serve as the designated on-site hospital administrator after hours.
• Assess requests for administrator-on-call contact during shifts.
