Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a nursing leader to promote and maintain high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts. You will coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to ensure smooth patient flow and supervise staff across shifts.

You will act as the designated on-site hospital administrator after normal business hours and participate in disaster plan activation when required. Strong nursing leadership and clinical judgment are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (Required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high-quality patient care during the assigned shift.
