You will plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to optimize patient flow and bed availability, while supervising nursing staff and staffing on a shift-to-shift basis.

This role serves as the designated on-site hospital administrator after normal business hours and handles administrator-on-call requests.

Qualifikationen

• RN - Registered Nurse required for licensure in Georgia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate shift staffing.
