Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to hospice patients and families in the Granbury area. The role involves responding to urgent and routine needs, coordinating care, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered assessments.

You will work 7 on/7 off, with a focus on maintaining high-quality documentation, supporting families, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the lifeline for patients in critical moments, providing support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per patient records and regulatory standards.
• Support families, guiding and reassuring during end-of-life care.
