Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to hospice patients and families in the Granbury area. The role involves responding to urgent and routine needs, coordinating care, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered assessments.

You will work 7 on/7 off, with a focus on maintaining high-quality documentation, supporting families, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.

Overview

Alpha Omega Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: 7 On/ 7 Off

Territory: Granbury, Cleburne, Glen Rose and Stephenville and Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities

• Provide Empathetic and Heartfelt Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This is your chance to truly connect.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards. Your attention to detail is vital to our success.
• Provide Support for Families: Impact patients' families by sharing your knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones. Your presence offers confidence and reassurance during this challenging time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$80,000 - $87,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
