Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Dallas South/East Territory (south of 635) and Rockwall. This flexible, on-call position follows a 7 on/7 off schedule from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM, providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

The RN coordinates with the interdisciplinary team and referring agencies, maintains CPR certification, and demonstrates compassionate patient-family support while delivering high-quality hospice care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years' RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice/home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate with family and interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with referring agencies and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain CPR certification and uphold high-quality hospice care standards.
