Job summary

Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality hospice care to patients and families. The role involves coordinating care, on-call responsiveness, and compassionate support in patient homes within the Granbury, Cleburne, Glen Rose and Stephenville areas.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in nursing, active RN license, and at least 1 year in a medical-surgical/acute setting; hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.
• Proficient with EMR and technology; CPR certification if state requires.
• On-call availability and compassionate patient-family focus.

Alpha Omega Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: 7 On/ 7 Off

Territory: Granbury, Cleburne, Glen Rose and Stephenville and Surrounding Areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.


• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).


• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!


• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.


• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$80,000 - $87,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
