Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and errands.
• Support self-administration of medications and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• On-call for 24-hour shifts; schedule 5 days/week with at least one weekend day.
