Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across high-rise properties. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining grounds, documenting work, and assisting in preventive maintenance while adhering to OSHA requirements. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license required. (Operate a golf cart on property where applicable)
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, procure materials, and report re-ordering needs to maintenance supervisor.
